Biomass Crop Assistance Program (BCAP) - for biomass producers
BCAP is a federal cost-share program for biomass producers that can put significant extra dollars into the pocket of eligible producers for every ton of biomass delivered. Innovative Natural Resource Solutions LLC is now offering BCAP administrative services to make sure you receive the BCAP dollars you are entitled to. BCAP has had a successful start, but since the proposed new rules for the program were released in early February (subsequently terminating the Notice of Funds Availability (NOFA) that it was operating under), the program has been temporarily suspended. BCAP is due to resume late summer when the final rules have been adopted. Please contact us if you would like to be kept informed of BCAP's latest developments.
